1. For JO Fulfillment list and JO Open List, the Edit icons for the usual edit and one step edit is the same. We might need different icons for those two.
2. Rider assignment handler for Resq. CMB had us do the queueing thing. I think Resq doesn't use the handler yet (MR: https://gitlab.com/jankstudio/resq/-/merge_requests/373)
3. Riders and date filters can be seen on both CMB and Resq environments.
4. Fulfilling a JO on the web application can only be done on the Edit form, not the one step edit form.

When deploying:

Create .env file and populate it with the necessary information.
Set the proper services.yaml file in the config directory.
Set the proper messages.en.yaml file in the translations directory.
