Create a command that creates customers from existing warranties.

if no name, then we put in blank name.

if no mobile number, make it an if statement with a NOTE comment so we can remove on their request.

from warranty, we create a customer, but not the customer vehicle because we don't have vehicle information. when customer registers with phone information, mobile session gets created. when customer validates the code sent, we tie that mobile session with that customer by checking if mobile in customer object matches that of the one that validated the code.
